LLDesigns has a zero tolerance for any form of Credit Card fraud and we have implemented some extra measures to ensure it doesn't occur. This protects both YOU as well as our business.
Credit and charge card fraud costs card holders, banks, and businesses hundreds of millions of dollars each year. It is also ILLEGAL and you will be prosecuted.
Disputing a charge from our company for a call that you placed with our service is illegal and considered Credit Card Fraud. All calls are logged to our toll free bills and our record keeping skills are advanced. And we keep records and the amount of time you are on a call.
LLDesigns Consultants take credit card fraud very seriously. We at no time neglect in cooperating completely with local, state and federal law enforcement officials to apprehend groups or individuals committing credit card fraud. Stolen Credit Cards. Or use of another persons card without there consent.
Whether it be in-state or across state lines, credit card fraud is a FEDERAL crime that is investigated by the FBI and prosecuted by the Department of Justice. By mandate of law, we are required to report such abuses and we happily comply with that mandate.
